Background

Spyro the dragon cheats. For Spyro: Year of the Dragon on the PlayStation, GameFAQs has 77 cheat codes and secrets. Cheat Codes have returned for the Reignited edition of Spyro the Dragon, however their codes differ from those of the PS1 release. Cosmetic codes will carry over between the three games and stack on top of each other, however they won't appear in cutscenes. This cheat gives Spyro the shades he wore (at night) in the 117% ending of Spyro the Dragon. This code can stack with the Big and Small Head cheats listed above, but will overwrite the Flat Spyro. Being an older game, Spyro the Dragon does indeed include various cheat codes. It is unknown if the Reignited version of the game will include any codes, so for now these are only for the original version of the game on PS1. These codes are only for the PS1 version of the game.
